All classes are ONLINE via ZOOM and include a recording

A link will be sent to your email approx 30 minutes prior to the start of class.

These qigong classes will have a different focus each week. The first 30 minutes of class will be spine and vitality practices as well as the introduction of the theory, form or concept we are exploring. The second half of class will be a deeper dive into our focus. You are more than welcomed to attend 30 min or the full 60 min. The key to a qigong practice is consistency. So if you only have time for a smaller segment please join us! It will never be considered a disruption, but a sign of respect for the practice.
